			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cum te-ai simţi daca ai avea un prieten care merge cu tine peste tot ? Nu numai ca este tot timpul lipit de tine, dar din moment ce este atât de agresiv şi vulgar, ai devenit nedorit atunci când esti cu el. Mai are si un miros specific care se lipeste de tine oriunde te-ai duce. Ceilalti cred că amandoi mirositi foarte urat.</p>
<p style="text-align:right;">Te controlează în totalitate. Când iti spune sa sari, tu sari. Uneori, în mijlocul unui viscol sau al unei furtuni, vrea ca tu sa mergi la magazin şi sa-l iei de-acolo. Daca sotul/sotia ti-ar face asa tot timpul, l-ai trimite la toti dracii, dar cu prietenul tau nu te poti certa. Uneori, cand esti la un film sau la o piesa de teatru, iti spune ca trebuie sa iesi pe hol cu el (si astfel sa pierzi momente importante din spectacol). Si, pentru ca el ia toate deciziile importante din viata ta, te duci.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:left;">Cred ca ai auzit că te poţi ingrasa dupa ce la fumat.Poate fi bine pentru unii oameni să se concentreze pe renuntarea la fumat şi să se ocupe de cresterea in greutate la o dată ulterioară. Cateva kilograme in plus reprezinta un risc neglijabil pentru sanatate in comparatie cu riscurile generate de fumat. Fumatorul mediu ar trebui sa se ingrase intre 30 si 45 kilograme pentru a face ca inima sa depuna efortul suplimentar cauzat de fumat. Ca sa nu mai vorbim de riscul de a te imbolnavi de cancer din cauza tigarilor.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Din motive estetice si emotionale insa, alimentatia necontrolata (si implicit cresterea in greutate) va submina de cele mai multe ori procesul de renuntare la fumat. Apare in acest caz o demotivare care te poate impinge inapoi catre fumat, ceea ce ar adauga la problemele cauzate de tutun si pe cele legate de obezitate, pentru ca de cele mai multe ori, ex-fumatorul care recidiveaza nu va slabi.</p>

<p>Ce mai faci? Sper ca esti bine.</p>
<p>Astazi iti voi povesti despre beneficiile renuntarii la fumat. Acestea sunt cu  adevarat nelimitate. Cu totii asteptam ca sanatatea noastra sa se imbunatateasca,  dar acesta este doar inceputul unui drum minunat.</p>
<p>Rezultatele pozitive ale renuntarii la fumat enumerate mai jos au fost colectate de la participantii la programul  &#8220;Renunta la Fumat ACUM!&#8221;. Ei au învatat repede ca efortul (nu prea mare) facut privind renuntarea la fumat a meritat cu prisosinta.</p>
<p>Trateaza-te cu o ceasca de ceai si incearca sa te inspiri de la cei care au avut succes în renuntarea la fumat.</p>
<p>- Fiecare rasuflare se simte atât de curata si racoritoare<br />
- Nu mai sunt obosit in timpul zilei &#8230; si dorm ca o stânca pe timp de noapte</p>

<p>Lucreaza cu gandurile care nu servesc intereselor tale cele mai bune si fa-o de îndata ce acestea se vor ivi.</p>
<p>Schimba-ti limbajul.</p>
<p>Restructureaza-ti gândurile în termeni care te ajuta. De exemplu, daca iti spui: &#8220;Nu ma pot bucura de petrecere pentru ca eu nu pot fuma. Voi fi nefericit si voi uri fiecare minut .. Sincer, îmi place sa fumez si stiu ca voi fi nefericit fara tigarile mele. Au  devenit o parte din mine, iar eu aproape ca nu pot suporta gândul de a renunta la ele. Totusi, stiu ca trebuie sa &#8230; &quot;</p>
<p>Suna cunoscut? Iti sar gandurile inainte si inapoi cu privire la problema renuntarii la fumat? Sau vrei sa renunti doar pentru a regasi fumatul peste câteva zile sau cel mult, câteva saptamâni? Are obiceiul de a fuma darul de a te face sa te simti slab? Neputincios? Nu te intrebi daca vei gasi vreodata o modalitate de a renunta la fumat pentru totdeauna?</p>
<p>Nu esti singurul in aceasta situatie.</p>
<p>Dependenta de nicotina este puternica, iar renuntarea la fumat implica o multime de lucruri pentru cei mai multi oameni &#8211; nu ne este inmanata pe o tava de argint. Totusi, poti renunta la fumat cu succes, iar vestea buna este ca mii de oameni renunta în fiecare an. Ei au gasit calea de a evada din închisoarea dependentei de nicotina. Si cei mai multi dintre ei au crezut, la fel ca tine, ca nu pot renunta.</p>
<p>Intrebarea este: cum au facut?</p>
<p>Cum au transformat un sentiment de &quot;ar trebui&quot; in cel de &quot;trebuie&quot;? Cum au transformat visul de a renunta într-o realitate din vietile lor? Exista masuri pe care le poti lua pentru a dezvolta angajamentul necesar sa renunti la fumat permanent.</p>
<p>Daca vrei sa-ti schimbi viata, schimba-ti modul de a gandi. Ca fumatori, de multe ori ne gândim la aprinderea unei tigari ca la o activitate placuta. Tigarile ofera confort, divertisment si companie &#8211; sau cel putin asa credem. În acelasi timp, raportam renuntarea la fumat la sentimente de durere, de mizerie si de sacrificiu. Pentru majoritatea dintre noi, aceste sentimente opuse exista si sunt consolidate la nivel subconstient. Sunt sub suprafata gândurilor noastre, iar rezultatul este ca vom adopta convingeri nesanatoase si inexacte drept fapte de viata când, în realitate, acestea sunt doar propriile noastre perceptii distorsionate ale adevarului.</p>
<p>Se spune ca o persoana are in medie aproximativ 60.000 de gânduri pe zi; un procent semnificativ din aceste gânduri sunt negative si sunt de obicei îndreptate catre noi însine. Suntem aproape întotdeauna cei mai rai critici ai nostri. Un prim pas în dezvoltarea cu succes a nevoii de a renunta la fumat implica sa inveti cum sa acorzi atentie la ceea ce ne spunem si de a corecta<br />
declaratiile false cu privire la noi de îndata ce acestea apar.<br />
Este nevoie de practica si rabdare, dar daca iti pastrezi ritmul, ascultând în mod constient gândurile care-ti trec prin minte de-a lungul unei zile, va deveni o a doua natura, la fel ca si corectarea gandurilor negative.</p>

<p>Cercetarea arată că dependenţii de nicotină sunt de două ori mai predispuşi la dezvoltarea de simptome depresive decât aceia care nu fumează, însă, până în prezent, nu există cauze clare care să lege fumatul de depresie, spune David M. Fergusson, profesor şi director al Christchurch Health and Development Study, d ela Universitatea Otago, Noua Zeelandă.</p>
<p>&quot;Totuşi, este posibil ca nicotina să cauzeze transformări ale activităţii neurotransmiţătorilor cerebrali, provocând astfel un risc crescut de depresie&quot;, spune doctorul Fergusson.</p>
<p> Studiul a constat în analiza unor informaţii opbţinute de la 1.265 de persoane (635 de bărbaţi şi 630 de femei) născute în 1977. Pe când aceştia aveau 18, 21 şi 25 de ani, li s-a cerut să răspundă unui chestionar, Composite International Diagnostic Interview, cu privire la obiceiurile privind fumatul şi să spună dacă în ultimele 12 luni au manifestat simptome ale depresiei.</p>
<p>“Concluzia principală a studiului este că, pe lângă bolile de natură fizică pe care fumatul le provoacă, dependenţa de nicotină creşte şi riscul afecţiunilor de sănătate mentală”, a declarat pentru Medscape Psychiatry, Prof. Dr. David Fergusson coordonatorul studiului Christchurch Health &amp; Development Study, Universitatea Otago, Dunedin, Noua Zeelandă. </p>
<p>Un studiu similar a fost dezvoltat în Londra, de data aceasta pentru a evalua gradul în care fumărorii pasivi sunt predispuşi la afecţiuni de natură mentală, precum depresia. Concluziile studiului arată că fumatul pasiv este asociat cu tulburări de ordin psihic şi creşte riscul apariţiei bolilor mentale la adulţi.</p>
<p>“Contrar unor opinii vehiculate în ultimii ani în media, conform cărora cei care se lasă de fumat sunt predispuşi spre depresie, acest studiu arată clar că nicotina reprezintă un factor de risc pentru apariţia acestei afecţiuni. La fel de îngrijorătoare sunt şi datele referitoare la felul în care fumatul pasiv influenţează apariţia bolilor mentale. Studii recente arată că şi cei care sunt expuşi la fumul de ţigară prezintă un risc crescut de depresie şi anxietate. Este esenţial să încurajăm oamenii să renunţe la fumat, pentru că, pe zi ce trece, sunt identificate tot mai multe pericole la care fumătorii activi şi pasivi se expun şi care au efecte negative importante asupra sănătăţii fizice si mentale. Renunţarea la fumat este cel mai bun lucru pe care îl putem face pentu sănătatea noastră.”, a declarat Bogdana Bursuc, psiholog.<br />

<p>Pentru cei mai mulţi fumători frica de a nu se îngrăşa reprezintă un motiv pentru a nu renunţa la acest viciu. Medicii spun că lăsarea ţigărilor duce la creşterea în greutate, deoarece nicotina, cea care determină această dependenţa de tutun, este un stimulent al sistemului nervos central.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cauzele care te pot determina sa te apuci de fumat pot fi diverse: petreceri, evenimente la care participi, locuri sau chiar oamenii. Intotdeaua fumezi o tigara dupa masa sau in timpul orelor libere. La fel procedeaza si prietenul tau cel mai bun?</p>
<p>Nu poti evita intotdeauna aceste tentatii, poti insa dezvolta si gandi strategii care sa te ajute:</p>
<ul>
<li>inhalarea de nicotina: persoanele care fumeaza zilnic au diverse simptome ca iritabilitate, insomnii sau probleme de concentrare atunci cand incearca sa renunte la fumat; se observa aceleasi simptome de eliminare a nicotinei atat in cazul in care se inceteaza utilizarea de tabac, cat si in cazul incetarii fumatului obisnuit; exista medicamente care te pot ajuta sa controlezi toate aceste simptome; se asemenea, poti incepe prin practicarea unor exercitii fizice sau punerea in practica a unui hobby</li>
